The founder and Managing Director Marion Ferg is a communication, brand strategy and event planning expert with over twenty years of career in high level brand building, talent development and communications services.
She has leveraged her expert industry knowledge to establish an impressive reputation as a specialist in the international beauty, luxury, lifestyle and motorsport sectors with a formidable know-how of the entertainment business.
Marion started her journey at Move Event Management (Munich) where she has worked on projects with Swatch and Red Bull followed by GLG Events (Munich) where she was rapidly promoted Project Manager and Key Account for their clients 20th Century Fox of Germany, Kinowelt and Planet Hollywood organizing promotion events such as the road show for the highly expected "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy and film premiers with the Hollywood royalties Robert Redford, Harrison Ford and Jodie Foster.
Before opening her own business, Marion graduated Bachelor Professional (CCI) of Marketing and added a highly successful corporate career in marketing & communications at the Hypo Vereinsbank (Unicredit Group) to her curriculum where she managed the events for the HVB Private Banking elite clientele.
Marion launched her boutique agency in 2004 the with the aim of offering intelligent, cutting edge, tailor-made, full-service, multi channel solutions to her clients.
Through her operations at important media happenings such as the Cannes/Venice Film Festivals, the European Fashion Weeks and the Formula 1 Grand Prix events, she has built a stellar network that spans the globe from the world's top editors to celebrities, to local market specialists.
As a German native fluent in four languages, well equipped with empathy, loyalty and diplomacy, Marion Ferg is a globally-minded passionate communicator and strong leader with a finger on the pulse who consistently ensures the efficiency and return on investment of her services to optimize business results for her clients.

Event Management during the GP in Abu Dhabi
Designer Parfums and F1® have chosen the stunning backdrop of the last race of the decade, the FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX 2019, to introduce the new fragrance brand, - inspired by the excitement, passion, technology and dynamism of Formula 1®. This daring project is a fusion of art, technology, design and limitless olfactive creativity. Formula 1 is the world's most prestigious motor racing competition with over half a billion fans and races in 22 countries across five continents.
We had the overall global PR lead for the market launch of the F1 Fragrances including influencer and celebrity activation. The launch strategy targeted on a multi-platform coverage including Formula One‘s motorsport press and broadcasting outlets as well as general news press, lifestyle press and social media activation with specialized influencers.
The F1 fragrances were featured on important F1 broadcasting outlets as well as in exclusive articles in some of the most prestigious international lifestyle magazines and publications in leading online and social media outlets in 65 countries.

La Biosthétique is a family enterprise that specializes in the ‘Culture of Total Beauty’ for hair and skin. Established in the 1950s by visionary founder Marcel Contier, it was a pioneer in aesthetic biology. Its success is owed to the longstanding trust in its commitment to creating products that enhance wellbeing and beauty all while preserving the resources of nature. It enjoys a brand loyalty consolidated across generations with its clientele and the salons that are its exclusive resellers. La Biosthétique is distributed both online and exclusively through specialist high-end salons for hair and beauty care.
Since the beginning in 2004 when La Biosthétique opened its branch office in Italy we have been signed as PR agency to develop its visibility in the Italian market and since 2018 we also take care of the social media activities of the brand in Italy.
In 2018 we introduced the possibility to La Biosthétique to partner with the F1 Paddock Club during the Grand Prix in Monza, which saw two partners of excellence installing a Spa & Style Bar for the elite clientele of the racing weekend. Paddock Club guests enjoyed exclusive hair, face and make-up treatments with the best view on the starting grid. Due to the great success the collaboration has been repeated in 2019.
